Pancake & Sausage Breakfast

Council 11582 will be holding their Pancake & Sausage Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 14th. Serving times will be from 7:00am to 11:00am in Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Parish Hall. Everyone is invited. Advance tickets are now on sale.

Mats for the Homeless Vets

Thanks you to all who have / are contributing shopping bags and worked on the Sleeping Mat project. Over 400 mats have been distributed to VFW Post 99, Dove, Oasis, and Salvation Army Men's Shelter. What a heart-warming event. The work continues with Monday workshops after the 8:00 am Mass in the parish hall. A special thanks to the Ed & Pat Cirks for not only bringing the mat project idea to our parish, but most importantly organizing and kicking starting the project. Both Ed and Pat have spent countless hours on this project. Thanks you so much for this act of charity and leadership.

Seminarian Support.

Please support all our diocesan seminarians, especially Zach Samples & Piotr Kosh. These two individuals have been chosen by our KC Council this 2019 year to receive our love, support, and proceeds from the annual Seminarian raffle. Click on the picture below for addresses and support detail.

The winners for the "Keep Christ in Christmas" poster coloring contest held during the December pancake breakfast were as follows.

Age group 5 - 7 was Isaac Weber, Age group 8 - 10 was Sidney Innis, and Age group 11 - 14 was Ella Becker. Each of our winners received $20 and their poster was entered into the District competition. We are proud to announce that Isaac Weber and Sidney Innis won their age groups at District and are now entered in to the Regional contest. Great job to all the kids that participated and good luck to Isaac and Sidney.
